PeerPredict is operated by Daytasolutions Technologies Ltd (RC 9776679) ("PeerPredict", "we", "us"). These Terms are the agreement between you and us for your use of the PeerPredict app and website. By creating an account or using the app in any way, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the app. Please read section 2 (free play — coins have no cash value) and section 8 (prizes) carefully.
PeerPredict is a FREE game. You never pay to play and you never deposit money. Everything in the app runs on virtual "coins". Coins are not money. They have NO cash value. You cannot buy them, sell them, send them to another person, exchange them for money, or withdraw them. They exist only inside PeerPredict, for fun and for the game. We may give, adjust, expire, or reset coins at any time, and we may change how coins are earned or spent. Because coins have no monetary value, none of this entitles you to any payment or compensation.
PeerPredict is for adults aged 18 and over. When you first open the app you confirm you are 18 or older. We may ask you to prove your age at any time, and to prove it before we hand over any prize. If we find that you are under 18, we will close your account and cancel any prize. Do not let anyone under 18 use your account or your device to play.
You sign up with your email address (or your phone number), and we send you a one-time code to confirm it is yours. That code usually arrives by email, and can also come by WhatsApp, SMS, voice call or Telegram. You may hold ONE account only. You must give true information and keep it up to date. Your account is personal to you — you may not sell it, share it, or let anyone else use it. You are responsible for everything that happens on your account, and for keeping your password secret. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access. You may close your account at any time from the app. Because coins have no cash value, closing your account does not entitle you to anything for unused coins.
You can earn coins in the app — for example a welcome bonus when you join, a daily check-in that grows with your streak, one-off tasks (like verifying your phone or making your first prediction), inviting friends with your referral code, and winning coins in pools. If you run low, we top your balance back up to a small daily minimum so you can keep playing. The exact amounts are shown in the app and can change at any time. Coins are for playing PeerPredict only. Trying to farm coins through fake accounts, bots, or collusion is not allowed (see section 9) and can cost you your coins, your prizes, and your account.
PeerPredict runs pool play. You are not playing against us — you are playing against the other people in the pool. Everyone who backs the same outcome puts coins into one shared pot. When the event finishes: • A commission (shown in the app) is taken from the pot in coins. • The rest is shared between the people who picked the correct result, in proportion to how many coins each of them staked. • If you staked more, you get a bigger share. If you picked wrongly, you get nothing. Because this is a pool, you do NOT know your exact return when you stake — it depends on how many coins end up in the pot and how many people pick correctly. Figures shown before an event finishes are estimates and will change. Remember: this is all in coins, which have no cash value.
If an event finishes on a result nobody in the pool backed, the pot (less the commission) is returned in coins to everyone who staked, in proportion to what they put in. A pool may also be cancelled (voided) — for example if the event is abandoned, postponed, listed with wrong details, or its result cannot be reliably confirmed. When a pool is voided, every stake on it is returned in full, in coins, and no commission is taken. As a safety net, the system automatically voids and refunds (in coins) any pool that has not been settled within 24 hours of the event's start time. If we make an obvious mistake with an event, a result, or a coin balance, we may correct it — including cancelling and refunding affected stakes or re-settling on the correct result.
From time to time we run promotions with real prizes — for example airtime, data bundles, cash, or items — often for the top players on a weekly leaderboard. IMPORTANT: prizes are funded by PeerPredict or by a sponsor. They are NOT paid out of players' coins, and NO PURCHASE IS EVER NECESSARY to enter or win — playing is free. For each promotion we will show the rules in the app: who can enter, how winners are chosen, the prize, and the dates. Unless we say otherwise: • You must be 18+ and resident in Nigeria to win. • We may ask you to prove your identity and age before we hand over a prize, and to give the details we need to deliver it (for example the phone number to load airtime or data). • Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash (unless the prize itself is cash) and cannot be swapped. We may replace a prize with one of similar value if we have to. • We may exclude anyone who cheats or breaks these Terms, and cancel their prize. • You are responsible for any tax due on a prize you win.
You must not: • Open or use more than one account, or use anyone else's account. • Work with other users to fix the outcome of a pool, to farm coins, or to win prizes unfairly. • Use software, bots, or automated methods to play or to interfere with the app. • Take part where you can influence the result of an event — for example as a player, coach, official, or someone with inside information. • Try to break into, overload, copy, or reverse-engineer any part of the service. If you break these rules we may reset your coins, cancel prizes, and suspend or close your account.
You can only stake on a pool that is still open. A pool closes at the event's start time, decided by our server clock — not the clock on your phone. Before a pool closes you may increase, reduce, or withdraw your stake, and the coins return to your balance immediately. You may hold one active stake per outcome on a pool. Once a pool closes you cannot change or cancel your stake. We may refuse any stake, or limit stake sizes, at our discretion.
We settle pools using the official result of the event, confirmed by us and supported by recognised sports data sources. We settle on the result at the end of normal completion of the event as listed; where extra time, penalties, or a later official change apply, we will tell you in the app how it is settled. When a pool settles, coins are paid into your balance straight away and a record appears in your history.
PeerPredict is for entertainment. Even though it is free, we want it to stay fun and balanced. If you feel you are spending too much time on the app, take a break. You can close your account at any time from the app, and if you would like us to block your account for a period, contact us and we will arrange it. We may suspend or close your account if we reasonably believe you have broken these Terms, if we are required to by law or a regulator, or if we suspect fraud or abuse. Because coins have no cash value, closing an account does not create any right to payment for coins or unclaimed rewards.
If something looks wrong, tell us. Contact us at helpdesk@peerpredict.app with your username and the details, and we can explain any coin movement on your account from your history. We aim to acknowledge a complaint within 2 working days and to resolve it within 10 working days (more complex cases may take a little longer, and we will keep you updated).
We provide the service with reasonable care, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of faults. Access may be interrupted by maintenance, network problems, or issues at a third-party provider. Because PeerPredict is free and coins have no cash value, we are not liable for any loss of coins, rewards, or the chance to win a prize. Nothing in these Terms removes any right you have under Nigerian law that cannot lawfully be removed, and nothing limits our liability for fraud.
We may update these Terms — for example when the law changes or when we add features. The version and date are shown at the bottom of this page. If a change is important, we will tell you in the app. If you continue to use PeerPredict after that, you accept the new Terms.
